Tech Support Voice/Data Service and Billing Policy - Time and Materials
When calling into the Intelli-Flex Help Desk at (562) 999-8070 to report a service or repair issue, your call will be answered by one of our Customer Service Representatives (CSR). Your request immediately gets logged into our data system with your comments. The service request is then forwarded to our Help Desk Technicians for their review and to determine if they can resolve your problem remotely. Our non-maintenance contract customers should expect a response within 72 hours (business days). If the Help Desk Technicians are unable to resolve your issue remotely, a technician will be dispatched to your site. You will be notified via phone or email with the estimated time of arrival of our technician. Our non-maintenance contract customers should expect up to 5 business days for a technician to be dispatched to their location.
When a Help Desk Technician is assigned to assist you with a service or repair issue, you are getting a highly trained voice/data communications partner. We have certified technicians to address your information technology needs.
