Meet our Executive Team
A co-founder of Intelli-Flex, Cory Stephens is responsible for the strategic growth of the organization. Cory has over 20 years of experience in the Nortel Networks family of products.
Prior to establishing Intelli-Flex, Cory was the Telecom Manager for a large law firm and the VP of Network Engineering and Design for a leading financial institution.
Cory has extensive experience with Nortel, Altigen, Lucent/Avaya, Motorola, NEC, Cisco, and ROLM platforms. As an expert in Internet Telephony and TAPI technologies, he has worked closely with engineering, software design, and product managers to implement, evaluate, and commercialize these platforms and technologies.
Cory is the key driver in a highly productive relationship between Nortel's New Product Introductions Team (small business) and the Intelli-Flex Field Trial Team.

Jill Williams is a co-founder of Intelli-Flex; she
oversees service delivery and training for all projects.
Jill is also responsible for maintaining customer
satisfaction throughout the duration of our relationship
with a client from the initial sales contact to
post-implementation.
Prior to founding Intelli-Flex, Jill consulted for a major
Los Angeles law firm where she was responsible for
training and implementing call center software.
As the telecommunications supervisor for another
major law firm, she was directly responsible for a staff
of 25 call center agents and technicians.
Jill graduated from California State University, Long Beach, where she studied Business and Marketing.

Lance Whitmier, a co-founder of Intelli-Flex, has been Chief Financial Officer since 1999 and then became the Operations Manager in 2007.
Prior to Intelli-Flex, Lance completed 20 years of active duty service in the U.S. Marine Corps where he received numerous leadership citations and awards.
Lance brings to Intelli-Flex a proven record of management and leadership skills. Lance created the fiscal foundation that allows Intelli-Flex to grow as an organization. He restructured Intelli-Flex's accounting system and streamlined the financial reporting and decision making process.
Beginning his education at Purdue University, Lance received an Associates Degree. He then went on to receive his Bachelor Degree in Marketing an the University of South Carolina. Later, Lance earned a Master of Business Administration at National University.
