Managed Services covers your entire spectrum of service needs. As your partner, Intelli-Flex works side by side with your team. We recognize there are tasks you can perform yourself and more complex tasks that require our expertise and knowledge. Our role is to compliment the resources you currently have in place.
Strategic Services
Our Strategic Services help you translate your fundamental business requirements into a robust voice and data architecture. Our project managers work with your strategic planners to create a solution that balances the risk and reward associated with new technology. These services are typically bundled with a new system installation or a major upgrade.
Management Services
Our Management Services ensure success in all aspects of your project management and implementation. Initially, we act as your design partner to: 1) specify and acquire the correct equipment, 2) re-engineer any business processes that are affected, and 3) develop a project road map.
Once the project is mapped out, we become the communications conduit between your organization and the people (such as telcos) who implement the project. In the end, we ensure a smooth transition into production by providing the appropriate training and documentation.
Help Desk Services
Our Help Desk Services are a 24x7 safety net for all your troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance needs. Intelli-Flex has been committed to providing our customers with around-the-clock support since our inception. We currently employ SNMP management tools where appropriate.
Each customer interaction is managed as a "ticket" in our Customer Relationship Management system, and you are notified in real-time as a ticket progresses to closure.
On-Site Services
Our On-Site Support Services provide the full spectrum of telecommunications support. Our in-house Tech Support Team provides on-site maintenance. This team is trained to handle everything from a simple break / fix to a complex network repair. Also, we are able to complete move, add, and change (MAC) activities; system audits; remote system monitoring; and system upgrades.
