Nortel authorized a full range of VoIP, voice, messaging, data and Microsoft solutions. Our CEO, Cory Stephens, is a recognized leader in the IP telephony world. He is active in SCTNA, a Nortel users group; also, he recently educated users on Nortel's CS1000 Release 5.0 upgrade: tips for upgrading your systems. Due to Intelli-Flex's unique knowledge of Nortel's interoperability with 3rd party and competitive products, we are frequently asked by Nortel's CTO and engineering teams to participate in Nortel beta trials for strategic products. Intelli-Flex was a partner with Nortel in their CS1000 R5 Beta Team. We provided input to Nortel intending to strengthen the product. Currently, part of Network Multimedia System (NMS) Beta Team. Intelli-Flex has one of the largest VoIP labs with current Nortel systems. The lab is available for cutomers to use. Intelli-Flex received Nortel's “Innovator of the Year" award in 2005. This is Nortel’s prestigious award given for developing unique customer applications and for going above and beyond the norm. Microsoft ready – Intelli-Flex is a Microsoft partner with extensive application expertise as it relates to Microsoft and Nortel solutions. We use over 20 Microsoft servers in our own network. Many of our senior engineers are Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSE). We participated in the Innovative Communication Alliance (ICA) beta and field trial program. Many of the IFlex team members have Nortel's Systems Engineering (SE) expertise. Consultative in our approach to working with end users, many marquee city specific references are available to substantiate our expertise.
