In order to ensure a positive VoIP experience, a network assessment is recommended prior to deploying VoIP equipment. The data infrastructure should provide 99.99% uptime and Quality of Service (QOS) and be capable of supporting VLANs. Intelli-Flex leverages Net IQ to determine an enterprise’s VoIP readiness. Upon completion of the assessment, Intelli-Flex will provide reports that reflect end-point testing, data traffic analysis, packet analysis, and utilization analysis.
